The following are terms and conditions for the Maison Maquillage studio space. These Terms together with any other terms and conditions specified in any other documents incorporated by these Terms, form part of the contract between You and Maison Maquillage. By making a booking with Maison Maquillage you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions Maison Maquillage cannot proceed with your booking.

1. Use

a. Artists are to use the stations allocated to them at time of booking.

b. The Studio is to be left in the same condition as found, excluding reasonable wear and tear. If Maison Maquillage determines the Studio to be in an excessively dirty condition (as determined by Us in our sole discretion), you will be charged a cleaning fee.

c. You are responsible in taking care not to damage or mark The Studio including but not limited to walls, floors or the mirrors.

d. You are responsible for insuring Your own equipment and personal property, including that of Your clients’, associated personnel and other third party individuals.

e. You are responsible for all loss or damage caused to the Studio by You or Your Personnel or guests (reasonable wear and tear excepted). Maison Maquillage reserve the right to invoice You to recover Our costs of assessment, repair and/or restoration in accordance with these Terms.

f. Please ensure Your public liability insurance covers You when hiring The Studio. You agree to indemnify Maison Maquillage against any cost including legal costs, damages, payments, fines, or interests Maison Maquillage may incur as a result of You breaching these Terms.

g. Maison Maquillage ensures The Studio is cleaned and disinfected following every standard Hire, as performed by Us.  

2. Props and Equipment

g. Equipment, furniture, and fittings residing in the studio are the property of Maison Maquillage. Should any item be damaged due to negligence You are responsible for notifying Us. Maison Maquillage reserve the right to invoice You to recover Our costs of assessment, repair and/or replacement for damaged items in accordance with these Terms.

3. Bookings

h. These terms govern all stations at Maison Maquillage. Each hire request we receive constitutes a separate offer to hire studio and stations.

i. All bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking.

j. Maison Maquillage may choose at any time, in its sole discretion, not to hire out stations to You. Stations are subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

k. Maison Maquillage does not offer refunds for fees paid.

l. Reschedule requests must be made with a minimum of 24hrs notice.
